Confirm Your Undeniable Truths Each Day and Live Freely

It is deeply concerning that so many people today have lost—or are in the process of losing—their sense of self. Our sense of self is everything. It is the rudder that steers the ship, guiding us through life’s complexities.

In our bigger, stronger, faster world, we have become more accessible than ever, constantly connected to others at an ever-increasing rate. As a result, we are bombarded with conflicting information, shared experiences that have no relevance to our actual environment, and endless advice—much of it from self-appointed “gurus” who prey on the vulnerable, promoting superstitions and intangible opinions.

More than ever before, people struggle to discern what is true from what is not. This amplifies confusion and anxiety, which, in turn, can contribute to the onset of disease and disorder (Ware, 2024).

I do not make these observations lightly. Over the past 40 years, I have worked intimately with thousands of individuals and overseen the programming of countless others who have frequented our previous ‘Healthy Life centres’ and later the NeuroPhysics Therapy Institute/Clinic. My objective has always been to help people fine-tune their relationship with their environment, ensuring they can recognize what is true in order to optimize their health, well-being, and future prospects—or, in the case of elite athletes, to enhance performance. I have studied human behaviour at close range and applied my findings in a way that is user-friendly, never positioning myself as a “guru.” Instead, I have ensured that those I work with take full ownership of their results.

Through this work, I have had to confront the bizarre reality that there is often little profit in truth—it is the story that sells.

If we do not have precise, undeniable, and reliable references for what is true, how can we possibly filter out superstition, misinformation, and the well-intended but misguided advice of those who are themselves lost? Even when people genuinely believe they are helping, without a foundation in truth, they may only be adding to the confusion.

Your 100% Reliable Truth Serum

Effective 100% of the time for 100% of the people who genuinely embrace their truths.

Human beings are complex adaptive systems—the terminology says it all. We are continually adapting to our ever-changing environment. However, this adaptation is largely shaped by our perception of the environment, whether that perception is accurate or false.

For a complex adaptive system as intricate as the human being, maintaining acuity within its relationship with the environment and fostering creative evolution requires a hierarchy of stable reference points. Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) supports this by positing that humans achieve stability by controlling their perceptions through a structured hierarchy of feedback loops. Each level in this hierarchy serves as a reference point, continuously guiding behaviour to align perceptions with internal goals. This dynamic, multi-layered control system enables individuals to effectively adapt to environmental changes while preserving internal stability, ensuring both functional coherence and the capacity for creative evolution.

The foundation of NeuroPhysics Therapy (NPT) is to provide stable reference points that help individuals correct perceptual errors and appropriately calibrate their psychophysical systems—their brain-body connection. This approach has proven highly effective in treating complex conditions that conventional medical systems have struggled to address effectively.

Even in the absence of direct access to NeuroPhysics Therapy, I have successfully imparted knowledge virtually over several years. This knowledge has consistently enabled people to stabilize themselves, sharpen their perception, and re-establish a reliable filter to determine what is true and what is not. The result? A renewed sense of self, a stronger sense of control, and an enhanced ability to shape their future health and well-being.

The process begins with a leading question:
What are five absolute personal truths that cannot be challenged in any way and that, in some way, could be relevant to all people?

These five undeniable truths serve as stable reference points from which individuals can rebuild their internal framework and evolve creatively.

Reconnecting with Personal Truths

Tragically, as people lose their sense of identity, their initial responses often default to external, contextual facts—for example, “The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.”

Thirty years ago, if I had asked this question, the responses would have been vastly different. People instinctively identified personal, internal truths:

  • My name is a truth.
  • My address is a truth.
  • My partner’s name is a truth.
  • My children’s names are truths.

Not only did they state these truths confidently, but they also visualized them clearlytheir names had faces, their homes had meaning, and their relationships carried emotional weight.

When I guide the modern individual toward this more personal approach, I ask them to deeply focus on their five truths. Initially, many struggle to mentally visualize their own face when stating their name, which is an essential step.

Using myself as an example:

  • Saying internally, “I am Ken.” Then asking, What does Ken look like? What does Ken do?
  • Stating, “This is my address.” Then visualizing, What does my home look like from the street? What do I do there? How does living here make me feel?
  • Identifying, “This is my partner’s name.” Then exploring, What do they look like? How do I feel when I am with them?

As they re-engage with these truths, I observe a distinct emotional shiftfrom anxiety and uncertainty to a deep, grounded calmness they have not experienced for a long time.

Through this process, the individual establishes truth, meaning neurons in their brain begin firing in alignment with these truths, forming new stable relationships. This stable reality then acts as a filter, automatically dismissing external influences that have no value to their core truths. As a result, their susceptibility to adopting false beliefs diminishes dramatically.

Final Word: Truth as Your North Star

The world is full of distractions, contradictions, and misleading narratives that pull people further away from themselves. But truth—personal, undeniable truth—acts as a North Star in the storm. By identifying and grounding yourself in five unshakable truths, you create a stable foundation for clarity, confidence, and control over your life. This is not about convincing yourself of something, but about remembering who you are at your core. When truth becomes your reference point, your system will naturally reject noise, falsehoods, and uncertainty—and you will live freely.

Practice your truths daily and add more as time goes on. As long as you focus on 5 truths each day this will ensure consistency of your creativity grounded in reality.
